“Promotion Rules” in all categories below apply to both personal and corporate account holders. The Account Holder who enters the ad is deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with the Advertising Rules and the rules established in the Account Agreement and not to make any statements that may prejudice the consumer in accordance with the legislation, in particular the Laws and regulations, could be misleading.
Users are obliged to use the information they access within the “Portal” only for the purposes of the “Account Holder” or “SELL IN TR” who disclosed such information and to display it for non-commercial purposes. The contact information entered in the ads by the account holder who posted the ad may only be used for communication purposes to obtain information about the ad. Personal data of the advertiser or third parties and/or specific personal data that may be included in the advertisement and protected by Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data may not be used or copied for any other purpose, nor may they be included, directly or indirectly published, processed or distributed in other media. They cannot be transferred to other databases and made available to third parties for access and use. Advertisers whose advertising is deemed appropriate by SELL IN TR; He authorizes publication in the category “Legendary Ads” or “Interesting Ads” for the period specified by SELL IN TR, as well as the publication of the advertisements selected by SELL IN TR on social media, press releases and other media.
The Ad Price History feature allows you to track all price changes of the ads by the users who have added them to their favorites, from the date they were added to their favorites.
Advertising Rules – Real Estate
The ad title and ad description should only contain information about the property.
Promotional content should not be written in the headline and description sections, and links and photos of the product should not be added.
The photos, videos and 3D tour images used in the advertisements to be published must belong to the property being sold/rented. SELL IN TR assumes no responsibility for the published content as well as for 3D tour images added to the advertisement as photos, videos or links.
The criteria stated in the advertisement entries (square meters, number of rooms, floor, price, etc.) must include correct information.
The content of the added photos, videos and 3D tour images should not contain company logos, phone numbers or links, logos or names of different websites. In the images marked as featured showcase image; Company logos, phone numbers, website links, colored backgrounds, colored frames, text content, company names, Photoshop and similar applications and plug-ins should not be included. Another user's photos within the system should not be used.
A separate advertisement must be created to sell a property and another to rent it. It is not possible to provide both sales and rental details in the same ad.
The same ad entered cannot be re-entered into the system by deleting the first ad entered. Account holders who engage in activities similar to deleting and re-entering an advertisement into the system may have their advertisements deleted and their accounts temporarily suspended or terminated.
Separate advertisements should not be placed for properties located on the same plot or block of buildings and having the same characteristics. A single advertisement should be placed and the description of that advertisement should indicate that there are different apartments in the same location. The second ad entry with the same function is considered a duplicate (same entry).
Different images should be used for each ad, and the same image should not be used in a second ad, even if it is in the same location.
Entries in real estate advertisements must be made by the owner or with his consent. This responsibility lies with the advertiser. Subject to the owner's objection, account holders may delete these posts, have their accounts suspended, or have their accounts terminated.
No representative prices should be quoted for properties for sale or rent.
We recommend that you place your apartment listings that you want to transfer along with the debt in the
Category “Apartments for sale by transfer” to be published. If you want to publish your ad in the Residential/For Sale category, the total amount, including all debts, must be entered in the price field.
Website, email address, and company contact information should not be included in the ad description sections. Phone number and username should only be published in the User Information section. Store users can create a promotional page for their store and post their contact and address information in this area, but they should not include their website and email address. “Buying,” “wanted,” etc. in the headline or description. Phrases cannot be inserted.
Products sold or rented cannot be republished as “Sold/Rented”. Advertising with phrases such as “optional”, “deposit received”, “sold”, “Thank you for your interest” or similar phrases that create the impression that the sales process is not yet complete or that create the possibility of deceiving and misleading the Consumers cannot be published and the current advertisements will be removed from publication.
The publication of real estate advertisements owned by banks on the portal is possible only through the purchase of the “Property from the Bank” package by banks. Personal or corporate account holders who purchase a Store package will not be able to place bank real estate ads on the portal. If they publish, the ad will be removed and the store will be closed.
At the stage of placing an ad, the information entered for certain criteria established by Sellintr.com cannot subsequently be changed by the Advertiser and the Advertiser accepts in advance that it will not raise any objections in this regard. Sellintr.com reserves the right to determine which criteria information cannot be changed, to change the criteria it sets over time and to apply the criteria it sets to all advertisements from the date of the change.”
Those who post daily rental advertisements; It is obliged to act in accordance with the new regulations introduced by the Legislative Decree on the issuance of certain regulations in the scope of the state of emergency of November 22, 2016, the legal provisions and the rules for the publication of advertising on the portal. The Daily Rental Advertiser is solely responsible for the penalties imposed on those who publish Daily Rental advertisements without complying with their legal obligations. Only monthly rental advertisements can be placed in the Housing > Rent category. Daily, weekly, etc. Rental ads must be placed in the “Daily Rental” category.
For daily rental apartments, the daily rent must be stated in the price criterion.
It is the advertiser's responsibility to decide whether to consider the advert as a place of work or residence. The selected category is considered correct and if there is no violation of the publishing rules, the ad will be published.
Separate notices must be made for each individual property. Bulk sales are not possible for properties in different locations.
In the “Tourist Facility” category, only one tourist facility can be rented or sold in its entirety.

Important information:
The address information entered when placing an ad is updated periodically according to the current data of the company from which Sellintr.com receives address update services and the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs.
Only one ad for one product can be placed on Sellintr.com. If more than one ad is shown for the same product, the excess ads will be removed from publication and these ads will be deducted from the package/ad limit and will not be refunded.
